External careers coaches

Every year, Sciences Po Careers offers more than 200 workshops, along with interview practice opportunities, to students and young graduates. Those workshops are animated by HR experts and professional coaches: who are they? What are their careers and domains of expertise? What kind of workshops do they host?

Fanny ARNAUD

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Essec, Fanny Arnaud has more than 13 years of experience at Veolia in various corporate positions, including at the executive committee level. She is also a professional coach, certified at HEC and MBTI. She works, in particular with major companies (L'Oréal, BNP, Orano, La Poste, Veolia, etc.) in a variety of sectors to help managers and their teams gain self-knowledge, cooperation and performance.

Committed to the new generations, Fanny Arnaud co-created and directed for more than 8 years the association Ambition Campus at Sciences Po Paris in order to accompany high school students from underprivileged neighborhoods towards higher education. She also works with young people looking for work and accompanies students in different schools and universities to strengthen their soft skills and realize their professional project.

Martine BEAULIEU

A graduate from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion, Martine Beaulieu has worked as a Commercial Director, Marketing Director and International Recruitment Manager before creating a Market Place specialized in purchases for international and French companies in 2000. She is co-founder of Studyline and has 15 years of experience in counseling and supporting students and young graduates in prestigious business, engineering and communication schools.

Alexis CHALOPIN

Alumni from the Dual Master’s Degree in European Affairs between Sciences Po and the London School of Economics, Alexis Chalopin is a Government and Public Sector consultant for EY. He works mainly on EU affairs public policy evaluation for institutional clients at EU level (i.e. the European Commission), national level (French Government and national agencies) as well as regional level (EU regions which manage EU funds). In addition to his expertise in policy evaluation, Alexis understands operational challenges for public institutions through assignment for various clients. He also undertook assignments in several French overseas departments  notably on EU funding and economic development, building up a strong knowledge of EU impact in developing regions.

At Sciences Po, Alexis teaches case study basics to help students go through competitive selection processes of management consulting firms.

Pascale CHARPIOT

After graduating from the Lyon Management Institute, Pascale Charpiot first worked as a consultant in an international consultancy firm, assisting clients in France and abroad in their transformations (organization, line of business). Shifting her focus to Human Resources, she became Project Director, then HR Business Unit Manager. Founder of Alistea Conseil, she assists organizations, teams, directors and managers with individual and collective coaching, advice and outplacement. She has MBTI and STRONG certifications.

Martin CHEVILLARD

After graduating from Sciences Po Paris and acquiring a Master’s Degree in Law at Paris I, as well as a Legal Studies’ Diploma from Harvard, Martin Chevillar started his career as a Business Lawyer. Since 2009, he has been a Recruitment Consultant and founder of the Chevillard Executive Human Ressources Firm where he also works as a coach. He works for international groups and law firms.

Since 2019, Martin Chevilllard is also Referent Coach in the "Professional Certificate for Young Refugees" program at Sciences Po.

Martine COULOT

 

Martine Coulot has been a professional coach for 10 years, she accompanies Managers, CEO’s, French or international students in their professional path and career transition.

Her professional path combines roles in marketing, communication, business development, HR in multicultural environments. Trained in coaching at Paris 8 University, she holds a MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management (US), a Master’s degree in Languages Applied to Economics (English and German), from La Sorbonne University and a Bachelor in Russian from INALCO (Paris).

Passionate about languages and cultures and having worked with 75 countries, she has developed an intercultural competence and emotional intelligence. She can coach in English and French. She is also passionate about ballet where she renews her energy.

 Magali FOLMER

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris in 2004 and of a Master of English Literature at the Sorbonne, Magali Folmer also trained as a coach at Mozaik International, in NLP at the Gestalt Institute in Barcelona, in ​​Hypnotherapy at the New York Training Institute, and in Etiotherapy with Dr. Latour. She assists companies, artists and students in developing their potential and their creativity.

She collaborated with the American author Robert Dilts, one of the creators of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), to write his book "Next Generation Entrepreneurs". Before accompanying the individuals, Magali worked for 10 years internationally in the biggest communication agencies (WPP, Havas) in Madrid, Barcelona and London as 'Creative Strategist'.

Domitille GERMAIN

Coach in storytelling, Domitille Germain is a writer specialized in classical Chinese philosophy, translating those teachings for today's leaders. Graduate of HEC, she wrote "Sun Tzu: from the art of war to the art of leadership" and "Confucius in action, the principles of the master applied to management." She intervenes in particular with company executives.

Since 2019, Domitille Germain is also a Referent Coach within the program "Professional Certificate for Young Refugees" at Sciences Po.

Fanny LAUDICINA

Holding a Master’ degree in History of Art at the University Paris IV Sorbonne, Fanny Laudicina has taught History of Art at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Tours before teaching Drama at the Florent School. Actor, Stage Director and Drama Teacher, she is also a certified Trainer in Communication.

 Marie LECOQ

Marie LECOCQ is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, holds a Master's degree in Law from Paris 2, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Paris 1 and a Master's degree in Coaching from Paris 8. She has been involved for more than 20 years in the fields of recruitment, career assessment, career development and coaching. She is currently a partner at Quadrige, Human Resources Consulting. Very involved with the students and alumni of Sciences Po, she has been a coach with Sciences Po Careers for several years, and also teaches in the Sciences Po HR Master.

Margaux LEFEBVRE

Margaux Lefebvre is a coach, trainer and teacher in oral communication. She conducts workshops for companies and job seekers, co-supervises a speech contest for the municipality of Montreuil and teaches public speaking in several universities in Paris and Reims. Her trainings cover different topics such as speech technics, pitch, storytelling, team communication, interviewing or conflict management. Her professional activities also include writing, singing and acting.

 Miguel MARGARIDO

Miguel Margarido is a coach, consultant and trainer in narrative communication. He teaches Storytelling and Public Speaking, and coaches groups and individuals to differentiate themselves in communicating their professional goals in French and English. He works with companies like the BearingPoint strategy consulting firm, business and engineering schools, and since 2018 at Sciences Po.

For 15 years, he led a team of sales people offering financing solutions at DELL | EMC, a global leader in IT solutions. He is a graduate of HEC (Executive MBA), the University of Colorado at Denver and Rennes School of Business.

Joanna MENEZES

Joanna Menezes is a graduate from Paris Tech/ENS Cachan with a Master’s in Human Resources and International Mobility Management, and has twenty years of experience in Human Resources. Since 2014, she has been a Coach and Trainer for the Cala Consulting Firm she has founded. Joanna has the dual Brazilian-British nationality and has lived in France since 1995.

Caroline RICHE

Caroline Riche is a stage director, a comedian and a playwrighter. She has been trained to classical drama by J.Duc, member of the "Comédie Française" and to contemporary drame under the guidance of T. Brout (Centre du Marais/ Café de la Gare). In 2010, she joins the theatre troupe of the "Comédie Italienne" (Paris) where she will master the mask techniques of the " Commedia dell' arte". She moves on to create her own troupe "La Compagnie des Travaux Finis" in 2013, with whom she directed several plays, including one she wrote herself "Nos parts du gâteau".

Throughout her career, Caroline also did improvisation, first at the Commedia dell' arte, then within the Parisian ligue of Improvisation and currently with two prolific Parisian troupes "The Ladies" and "Les bradés" (Théatre de la nouvelle scène).

Finally, she is also converting theatrical techniques either through workshops with companies or with private individuals. Since 2019, she is coaching students for Sciences Po Career.

Jessica ROJAS 

An International Master’s graduate in Marketing and holding an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Jessica Rojas is a certified Coach. She works for companies and assists people in their career transition and in personal development in English, French and Spanish. She regularly animates workshops on using social networks.
