Declaration of a professional experience

You found a full-time job (fixed-term or permanent contract)? VIE or VIA? You want to validate this experience for your off-campus semester? You must declare it online in your Student space. This procedure will also allow you to get your ECTS credits.

How to get an Internship Agreement

You have found your internship? You may now declare it on your Sciences Po student account in order to get an internship agreement. This compulsory document should be signed by all parties (the student, the host organization, the internship supervisor, Sciences Po, the intern’s academic advisor) prior to starting your internship.

Insurance

To make sure you are covered by insurance during your internship, you need to have your internship agreement signed by both your host organisation and Sciences Po Careers before the internship starts. Otherwise, you may not be covered in the event of a work-related accident or illness.
