The survey reveals very positive results regarding the professional integration of graduates. Indeed, 9 out of 10 graduates who chose to enter the job market are currently employed. Among those employed, 98% find a job within six months, and 59% secure a position even before graduating. For students in apprenticeship programs, 67% of the class are hired before graduation.
One notable aspect is the international mobility of graduates: 29% start their careers abroad, primarily in Europe (66%), but also in North America (12%) or the Asia-Pacific region (7%). This trend highlights the international appeal and recognition of their training.
The diversity of career opportunities and employment sectors explains the significant differences between the different business sectors. Taking all schools together, the average gross annual salary of all graduates is €39,000 in France and €43,000 abroad, six months after graduation. This figure rises significantly during the first few years of their career, reaching an average of €45,000 in France and €53,000 abroad after 30 months. This progression reflects the value of the skills acquired by graduates.

Graduates find opportunities across various sectors. 56% work in the private sector, 24% in the public sector, 13% within NGOs or associations, and 7% in international organisations.
New challenges for graduates
Beyond salary, other factors are important to graduates. Six months after graduation, 68% report that their roles include social, societal, or environmental aspects, or that they work on projects with a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) dimension. Additionally, 80% of young graduates express satisfaction or high satisfaction with their jobs, indicating a strong alignment between their expectations and initial professional experiences.
Finally, it is noteworthy that nearly 50% of international students choose to remain in France to work after graduation, highlighting the attractiveness of the French job market for foreign talent.
